  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and paid social media advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), email marketing platforms, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and insights to clients and team members.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or social media marketing platforms.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Your main goal will be to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost conversions for our clients. You will collaborate with other marketing experts, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with clients’ business goals.
  • Manage paid search, display advertising, and social media marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Analyse and interpret campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage audiences.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Monitor industry trends and implement new strategies to keep campaigns innovative and up-to-date.
  • Generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Manage client communications and ensure expectations are met through regular updates and presentations.
