  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Create and manage social media content calendars, develop engaging social media posts, and interact with followers to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Develop and distribute high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms. Use insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
