Job Summary:

We are seeking an Ad Operations specialist along with digital marketing sales executive to join our programmatic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital advertising, data analytics, and campaign management. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful campaign execution and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Set up, monitor, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns across various DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) and ad exchanges.

Implement and track pixel codes, tags, and creative assets.

Manage campaign pacing, budget allocation, and bid strategies to achieve KPIs.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization based on data analysis.

Monitor campaign performance against client goals and adjust strategies as needed.

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign performance and troubleshooting.

Communicate campaign strategies, performance, and optimizations to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Address and resolve any campaign-related issues in a timely manner.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and account management teams to align campaign strategies with client objectives.

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives meet platform specifications and are optimized for performance.

Coordinate with the data and analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign performance.

Technical Expertise:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in programmatic advertising and ad tech.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign setup and execution.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines, such as GDPR and CCPA.
