– Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and event-driven platforms.
– Expertise in AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLM, and data management tools like Redis, AMQ, Kafka.
– Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases.
– Understanding of telecom operations, demand dynamics and solution vendor landscape.
– Relevant Certifications will be preferred.
– Excellent communication ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
– Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving technology landscape.
– Experience in agile project management frameworks and methodologies.

Job Description – Oversee and fulfill the organization’s API/integration needs using appropriate architectures and technologies such as microservices. –
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. –
Manage complex projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results. –
Design and implement the ESB layer and API gateway, selecting optimal tools and technologies for development. –
Implement and maintain DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines, to streamline development and deployment processes. – Integrate advanced technologies like AI/ML, LLM, and Deep Learning to enhance application intelligence and automation. –
Proactively manage application availability, performance, and capacity to meet business expectations. –
Identify and select the appropriate vendors and solutions that align with business needs. –
Manage application development budgets to maximize resource utilization and ensure cost-effectiveness. –
Foster a collaborative, innovative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement. –
Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth.
