Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare project schedules, estimates, and material requirement plans.
- Supervise on-site civil work ensuring quality, safety, and design accuracy.
- Coordinate between engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and submit daily reports to project management.
- Ensure cost control and prevent material wastage on site.
- Conduct soil, structural, and material quality tests as needed.
- Prepare project handover documentation and verify project completion.
- Maintain strong knowledge of construction laws and safety regulations.
