Demonstrated experience in managing electromechanical aspects of construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, clients, team members, and contractors.
Proficiency in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including electromechanical drawings, specifications, reports, and change orders.
Ability to generate regular progress reports, document construction activities, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the timely completion of electro-mechanical works.
