Key Responsibilities

Ability to achieve individual monthly Business Target of Core Product: Liability/ Personal Loan/ Auto Loan/ Home Loan/ Cards
Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to grow business and achievement of sales targets;
Ensure business targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base;
Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels – campaigns, walk-ins, referrals from existing customers;
Analysis of financial status to evaluate the credit worthiness of the client;
Collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from potential clients;
Coordinate with Team Leader/ Line Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports;
Promote specific products as directed by Line Management;
Any other Business Development activities assigned by the Management.

Minimum Gross Salary of BDT 14,000 (Higher for experienced candidates up to BDT 24,000)
