Education

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS), Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health

Experience

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic

Additional Requirements

• Age 45 to 65 years

• Minimum 20 years of senior management experience in a health care environment and in progressively demanding positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and in a collaborative environment·
• Demonstrates commitment to professional and personal growth and development through continuing education programs·
• Retired army Brigadier or Colonel will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context

• Resolves all problems from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff
• Resolve all problems with patients·
• Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor Duty Doctors roster and go for daily round of the hospital.
• Develop, recommend and foster the values, culture and philosophy of the organization.
• Perform such other duties as directed from time to time by the Board/ Chairman/MD.
• Establish overall quality medical care management & quality assurance.
• Check medical records & compliance.
• Have interest in improving quality health to Patients.
