Requirements

Education

  • Master’s degree in any Development Studies, Social Science, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    NGO, Micro-Credit

Additional Requirements

  • This is a permanent position but there will be a provisional period of six months from the date of joining.
  • Minimum 15 years microfinance experience in PKSF partner organization with at least 3 years of experience in the similar position·
  • Must have sound knowledge about computer (Excel, Word, PPT Etc.) and Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context

An emerging organization Self-Help and Rehabilitation Programme (SHARP), MRA Certificate No.-02630-02645-00308. It is being run with the financial support of PKSF. Manpower will be recruited for the following post to implement microfinance activities at the field level of the organization (in various districts of Greater Rangpur Division). Applications are invited from honest, hardworking and energetic candidates who are interested in getting appointed to the following post.

  • Develop and implement program strategies that align with SHARP Mission, Vision & Goals.
  • Oversee the management and administration skills to conduct Microfinance program and others PKSF/Non-PKSF development program.
  • Organizing, Monitoring, Controlling, Directing and Leading to the Program Heads, Zonal Managers and the microfinance team.
  • Preparing work plan, ensuring efficiency, ensure quality of the program and taking necessary step for enhancement.
  • Prepare budgets, financial statements, performance reports and audit responses.
  • Conduct regular field visits to supervise and ensure the quality of field activities.
  • Maintain constructive working relationships with all related concern department, Liaise with government agencies, donors, regulators, and financial intermediaries and as well as govt. agencies of better implementation.
  • Mobilize resources from the market, banks, investors, PKSF, and other financial institutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of microfinance initiatives and report to Chief Executive (Prepare and submit all related report and Financial analysis & other required documents with real scenario).
  • Follow and implementation any direction provided by Chief Executive of the organization.
