Education
- Masters
- Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences / Science / Business Administration / Arts from any reputed public university in Bangladesh or any reputable university abroad
- No 3rd Class or CGPA less than 2.5 in any of the public examinations
Experience
-
- At least 8 years
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in development sector with any reputed organisation, including at least 5 years in senior management positions
- Excellent in Bangla and English, both written and spoken

Job summary
The director of NETZ Bangladesh office contributes to the NETZ programme and organisation management. She provides conceptual and strategic directions to the NETZ BO staff. Moreover, the director is responsible for ensuring that the programmes in Bangladesh are making an impact for the people we work for; staff members of the NETZ BO are capable of monitoring and guiding the projects supported by NETZ; financial management of NETZ BO maintains transparency; that NETZ has a very good reputation to the relevant stakeholders; and NETZ is able to access resources necessary for running projects at the optimal level.
