At least 15 (fifteen) years of experience in operation & maintenance of big campuses/ hospitals/ hotels/ commercial buildings/ factory complex, etc. and minimum 5 years of management experience as Director / Chief Engineer.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

• Provide technical and managerial leadership for the operation and maintenance of the following:
• 4.0MW captive power plant, with 3 nos. 1.34MW Deutz gas generators
• 4.0MW electric sub – station
• Central UPS System
• 3 Nos 450KVA diesel generators
• 2750RT central air – conditioning system
• Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
• 18 elevators
• Building firefighting system
• Building plumbing and water supply system
• General maintenance of classrooms / Labs / Offices
• Overall cleanliness of the entire campus & surroundings
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the NSU Authority

Compensation & Other Benefits

Pay Scale: Tk. 95,274-9,527-2,38,186 (as per NSU policy).
