Job Context:

REVE Tex Limited (Le Reve) is a concern of REVE Group is looking for Distribution Manager for its Retails Concern. We’re looking for a Distribution Manager who has proven experience in distribution or sales management (especially in Retails and FMCG industry), with a strong focus on logistics and team leadership.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Lead, supervise, and develop the distribution team, providing training and performance reviews to boost productivity.
• Strategically plan and coordinate distribution routes to ensure timely and efficient product delivery to all distribution points.
• Oversee the movement, handling, and storage of inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels
• Analyse distribution expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings, ensuring efficient allocation of resources without compromising on service quality or operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage essential reports, including monthly salary sheets, ROI files, and budgets to keep financial records accurate and up-to-date.
