Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for all the activities of Distribution Operations(Robi, Airtel, GP, BL)
• Set objectives, Action plans & Strategies to operate the distribution network to achieve the house target
• To ensure and supervise timely order collection/receiving, processing, and follow-up proper invoicing for stock out for onward supply in time according to the customer’s need & satisfaction
• Organize the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products
• Control over inventory management when products reach at store
• Check the daily stock and availability of products as per the requirement
• To supervise, monitor, and check depot monthly accounts receivable, payable and reconciliation of total sales collection with bank deposit including closing stock statement
• Prepare & submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback report
• Manage delivery operations including delivery van route to ensure efficient and on-time product delivery
• Analyze the distribution size of each product, plan for targeted market share, develop the market & inform the management
