Job Responsibilities

Overall responsible for the Inventory Operations.
Provide regular reports on daily stock, monthly stock delay, aging, delivery, etc.
Inventory register maintenance – Excel and Inventory Software.
Ensure proper storage of all goods kept under custody and undertake regular stock auditing activities as per defined audit procedure.
Operate Inventory Helpers, Delivery Man, and Drivers for smooth inventory system and delivery process.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain requisition, gate pass, and delivery register.
Maintain physical stock and prepare Goods Received Report.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to the concerned for reimbursement and record-keeping.
Keeping delivery schedule and goods delivered maintain according to delivery order quantity.
Maintain first in, first out method (FIFO) of stock.
Maintaining product displays and ensuring products are arranged neatly and according to store standards.
