Additional Requirements

At least 7 years’ experience in public health sector/ private sector engagement with at least 3 years’ experience in TB field is a must.
Experience in field operations and training for private sector will be preferred.
Excellent documentation and communication skills in report writing and presentation.
Skills in private sector engagement in public health related project implementation.
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Good in MS Office application suite.
Driving License: Valid Motorcycle Driving License is a must.

Under the guidance of the Deputy Field Manager, the District Coordinators will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring as well as systematic managing of program for assigned areas under ACTB project. S/he will manage training, meeting and reporting data collection under assigned areas.
S/he is responsible for mapping prospective SMC network providers (BSP, GSP, GSM) for Basic and Refresher training.
S/he is also responsible for coordinating and monitoring of partner’s activities, and the activities of Upazila Coordinator at field level.
S/he will participate in GoB and NGO coordination meeting as per project requirements; liaison and network with local icddr,b representatives, ACTB partners and other stakeholders; prepare and submit different reports in timely manner; check all project related expenditures/bills/voucher and maintain compliances.
Set KPI to upazila team members; review and provide feedback for improving capacity of Upazila Coordinators; liaison and coordinate with Deputy Field Manager, local SMC program department and field level staff of SMC Enterprise Ltd.
