Responsibilities & Context

• Plan and strategize business for designated area/ district
• Meet/ Exceed targeted sales and KPIs for the district.
• Visit shops/ stores rigorously to improve ambiance of the store
• Execute VM and promotions as per company guidelines.
• Execute follow-up company’s strategy/ decision.
• Coordinate with different departments of the company to get the job done.
• Lead the store/ showroom managers and sales staff to achieve targets/ objectives/ job assigned by the company.
• Analyze data and convert it to insight to help make decision.
