Prospect and appoint new dealers in the assigned district to expand the dealer network and enhance market penetration.
Support dealers in setting up sales operations by establishing systems and processes to ensure smooth functioning.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure business alignment and loyalty.
Drive revenue growth by achieving sales and profitability targets as per the company’s goals.
Implement the company’s sales strategy effectively to ensure product reach and availability in all key markets.
Monitor and improve sales performance through guidance, training, and regular reviews.
Collaborate with customers to manage credit terms and working capital effectively.
Ensure all selling and servicing routines through customer are effectively implemented and monitored.
Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer/customer/party performance, market trends, and customer needs.
Report market insights, competitor activities,
Ensure all operational data, sales figures, and market feedback are systematically documented and shared with office management..
