Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prospect and appoint new dealers in the assigned district to expand the dealer network and enhance market penetration.
  • Support dealers in setting up sales operations by establishing systems and processes to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure business alignment and loyalty.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales and profitability targets as per the company’s goals.
  • Implement the company’s sales strategy effectively to ensure product reach and availability in all key markets.
  • Monitor and improve dealer performance through guidance, training, and regular reviews.
  • Collaborate with dealers to manage credit terms and working capital effectively.
  • Ensure all selling and servicing routines through dealers are effectively implemented and monitored.
  • Represent the company at local market events to promote products and strengthen ties with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer performance, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Report market insights, competitor activities, and dealer challenges to the AGM for strategic planning.
  • Ensure all operational data, sales figures, and market feedback are systematically documented and shared with the regional management.
  • Efficient dealer management, including inventory control, credit management, and sales process standardization.
  • Achievement of sales, revenue and profibility targets.
  • Expansion and development of the dealer network.
