Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement the regional/divisional/district/area sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives and market conditions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners within the assigned division/district/area.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of dealers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
