Requirements
Education
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline but postgraduate candidates will of course be given preference.
- Job-related other educational qualifications from any recognized Fashion / Garment / Textile Universities or Institutions will count as an added advantage.
- Educational requirements might be flexible for Extreme Level experience candidate.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile, Trading or Export/Import.
- Around 10 years of practical working experience in any reputable & well-established buying house or garment factory.
- Here is 4 post for independent division on knit/woven/sweater/home textile on each department
- Experience working with in-house design team as well as working with vendors
- Strong knowledge on fabrics and workmanship with embellishment (Print, Embroidery, wash etc) for instant pricing offer to clients.
- Enough knowledge for optimization on Production Cost in very competitive market on sustainability.
- Strong factories sources in Bangladesh /Suppliers source in Bangladesh, China, India, Vietnam, Türkiye and so on to do production with lowest budget prices with timely delivery on nice quality.
- Proven talent to create a cohesive fashion viewpoint
- Visionary thinking and strategic management skills
- Exceptional ability to bridge and enhance cooperative working relationships
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to attract, develop and inspire a team

Responsibilities & Context
- Establish & enhance long-term business relationships with customers providing superb quality customer service to maximize the business growth of the Company.
- Participate in buyers’ meetings and be ready for frequent traveling.
- Ability to do Consumption and Costing of various kinds of Knit, Woven, Sweater/ garments & fabrics/yarns with Home textiles.
- Ability to quote the most accurate pricing to the customers instantly.
- Ability to negotiate best rates with optimizing cost with the factories, fabric mills, dying factories, trim & accessories suppliers, and confirm & follow up orders with buyers independently and regularly with maximum efficiency.
- Provide advice on design and samples to meet customer’s requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and on-time production.
- Ability to source reputed factories depending on customer’s requirements.
- Should have strong control & monitoring capacity over the production & its schedules in the factories for the entire satisfaction of customers.
- Handle customer’s inquiries and complaints independently and with full confidence.
- Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Board from time to time.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- 10% Company’s profit is given as a special incentive to all staff members on an annual basis as per salary ratio.
