Responsibilities & Context
Monitoring Television Retail Sales (STS: Registration).
Ensure Television Retail Sales Growth.
Developing showroom manager, distributor & salesman skill through training, Product Knowledge & Grooming. Develop showroom hygiene.
Ensure proper execution of POSM at showroom & sub-dealer points.
Market expansion for new Television sales by creating new sub-dealer or exclusive sub dealer (Through Walton Plaza).
Local outdoor Promotion & Campaign. Ensure proper TV Display & Execute TV display stand.
Ensure challan from Distributor & Sub-dealer.
Maintain showroom wise minimum & maximum stock.
Grooming inactive showroom for TV sales, and Direct Sales: Sell in Safe Branded TV to Unique dealer.
