- Strong understanding of Unani products, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the division.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve divisional targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive business growth.
- Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and increasing product penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
