Responsibilities & Context
- The candidate must be Self-driven, capable to increase the market share as a continuous sales process. Create opportunities of exploring market .
- Must be a geed team mate and a leader as well.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for overall sales of a designated area.
- Contact and manage sales team.
- To achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the dues recovery.
- Ensure to promote the brand (Business).
- Visits retailers and monitors performance & motivating them to reach targets.
- Implements strategies and techniques to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Implements projects and trials for the area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Keeps himself update regarding competitor’s activities and local market conditions.
- Analyze market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
