Core Responsibilities:

Propose sales target of assigned division and distribute appropriate target among each subordinate zone.
Developing and implementing long-term sales strategic plans to drive sustainable market growth.
Ensure unit-wise sales target achievement of the assigned division in terms of value and volume.
Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in the division.
Building strong relationship with the agents and monitoring their activities regularly.
Monitoring the subordinate’s daily activities and providing effective feedback and direction to achieve the sales target.
To lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Must have good analytical and problem solving skills.
Analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports.
Make strategy to minimize sales return.
