Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- Minimum 8-10 years of FMCG sales experience, with 3-5 years in managerial roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned divisions.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage and drive sales operations for 1-2 divisions, ensuring target achievement.
- Lead a team of 8 Area Sales Executives (ASEs) and 150 Sales Representatives (SRs).
- Develop and execute divisional sales strategies to maximize market growth.
- Oversee distributor and retailer relationships, trade promotions, and market development.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to NSM.
