Responsibilities & Context
- Make a target achievement plan and ensure achievement accordingly on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly target and KPI of assigned Division.
- Supervise and monitor team to achieve organization goal.
- Ensure retention and motivation of entire sales team.
- Ensure product coverage, market share and right merchandising and out-let recommendation.
- Ensure Distribution House profitability and continuous business growth.
- Ensure regular cash flow, product lifting and stock availability at Distribution House as per company policy.
- Ensure authentic and proper report of entire team within the time.
- Monitor and observe competitor’ activities and report the authority duly.
