Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factory.
- Conduct periodic health check-ups for workers and staff.
- Recommend and administer appropriate medications based on diagnostic findings.
- Take care of all health issues of the employees.
- Conduct necessary training for workers (first aid training,health & safety training)
- Provide age certificate at the time of recruitment.
- Prepare injury analysis reports and assessments.
- Monitor medical assistant and nurse.
