Responsibilities & Context
Language Training: Conduct Japanese language classes (basic to intermediate level) focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Curriculum Delivery: Follow structured curriculum (e.g., JLPT/N5–N4 level) and ensure timely course completion.
Student Assessment: Evaluate students’ progress through regular tests, assignments, and mock exams.
Cultural Training: Provide knowledge on Japanese culture, workplace etiquette, and communication style.
Class Management: Maintain discipline, attendance records, and student engagement in the classroom.
Reporting: Prepare training reports and update management on student performance.
