Responsibilities & Context
- Greet guests warmly and open doors upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with luggage handling and direct guests as needed.
- Provide information about the premises, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and assistance.
- Monitor entrance areas to prevent unauthorized access.
- Report suspicious behavior or security concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Ensure guests and staff adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist in emergencies, such as fire evacuations or medical incidents.
- Liaise with security personnel and reception staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing vehicle drop-off and pick-up areas.
- Coordinate with valet services if applicable.
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Uphold company standards in customer service and hospitality.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
