Responsibilities & Context

• Guide To Assemble, install, test & troubleshooting, repair & maintenance of all kinds Dough Mixing Machineries.·
• Dough Mixing  & Supporting machines efficiently.·
•  Check quality of products as per specified parameter.·
• Manage downtime  of Related machines.·
• Operate machines as per machine operating guidelines.·
• Maintain housekeeping of machine floor & ensure safety issues.·
• Be familiar with the operation & maintenance of   food processing machineries.·
• Any other tasks as required by office·
• Operational Management: Ensure risk assessments are maintained for all tasks, regularly reviewed, communicated to and understood by all technicians within the Technical Supervisors area of responsibility.
• Ability to Manage, Maintain & Develop Any Necessary Recipes (Machine Made Biscuits).
