2-3 years of experience in Interior detailing and drafting.
Strong knowledge of electrical layouts and their integration into interior designs.
Proven experience as a draftsman or in a similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and SketchUp.
Strong understanding of interior materials, joinery details, furniture layouts, and trending designs.
Ability to read, interpret, and create highly detailed technical drawings.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
Ability to work within a corporate environment and meet professional standards.
Smart, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving effectively.

Prepare detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings for residential interior projects.
Develop and integrate electrical layouts, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems into interior drawings.
Collaborate effectively with architects, 3D visualizers, and BOQ personnel to ensure precision and feasibility.
Stay updated with new materials, trending interior design concepts, and industry standards.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and verify on-site conditions.
Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
