Responsibilities & Context

• Provide exceptional communication with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

• Assist clients in completing the SAF (Subscriber Registration Form) for new client.

• Conduct visits to coverage areas to gather data on user behavior and engagement.

• Identify and initiate daily connection requests to expand the client base.

• Promote the company’s services to potential clients through various marketing channels.
