Responsibilities & Context
Job posting area : Dhaka, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barisal, Khulna, Jeshore and Mymensingh.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
B. Product Knowledge:
- Possess a deep understanding of our flat steel products and their applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
C. Customer Engagement:
- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to potential and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
D. Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to present customized solutions based on client requirements.
E. Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Close sales deals and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
F. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Regularly update management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
