Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
BBA/MBA/Masters in any Dicipline.
Preferably with a specialization in Sales/marketing, backed by commendable academic background.

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Responsibilities & Context

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
Set and monitor sales targets for team members and ensure performance tracking.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and gaps.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns for clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services and market developments.
Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
Optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop pricing strategies and discount structures aligned with profitability goals.
Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to improve strategies.
Handle escalated client issues or disputes with professionalism and tact.
Any other work as and when assigned by the management.
