- As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of DTP professionals and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality graphic materials for printed orders and inquiries for promotional apparels.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage a team of DTP designers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to optimize their performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the execution of daily orders and requests for design proposal, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as DTP in Europe, Customer care and Procurement to understand requirements, objectives and provide guidance on design best practices.
- Set realistic SLA’s, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends of personalization and printing techniques, new software, and emerging technologies in the field of graphic design and desktop publishing and implement relevant improvements and advancements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the DTP team.
- Build a positive and collaborative work environment within the DTP department, fostering teamwork, creativity, and a strong work ethic.
