Responsibilities & Context

Education: General education/BSc in Textile

Job Responsibility:

• Daily dyeing plan follow up and Execution.
• Main duties are lab to Bulk dyes combination, recipe correction for one chance Dyebath Drop and shade matching that means RFT.
• Daily 3 batch production per machine.
• Ensure Maximum dyeing production.
• Minimum quantity of Re-dyeing, Re Wash that not more than 2% of total production of each month.
• Dyeing cost must be lowest and ensuring quality.
• Analysis of Yarn Brand, Yarn lot, Dyes lot, Batch lot, Rib/Body lot to get correct recipe that ensure RFT.
