Responsibilities & Context
Education: General education/BSc in Textile
Job Responsibility:
- Daily dyeing plan follow up and Execution.
- Main duties are lab to Bulk dyes combination, recipe correction for one chance Dyebath Drop and shade matching that means RFT.
- Daily 3 batch production per machine.
- Ensure Maximum dyeing production.
- Minimum quantity of Re-dyeing, Re Wash that not more than 2% of total production of each month.
- Dyeing cost must be lowest and ensuring quality.
- Analysis of Yarn Brand, Yarn lot, Dyes lot, Batch lot, Rib/Body lot to get correct recipe that ensure RFT.
