Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in all type product Sourcing E-commerce & F-commerce platforms, corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Experience in the (E-commerce, F-commerce platforms), digital marketing, super shop, retail chain stores, retail & wholesale a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Strong understanding of media relations, digital marketing, and branding principles.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media and design software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Responsibilities & Context
- Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to company goals and initiatives.
- Identify key audiences and tailor messages to align with industry trends and company values.
- Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the company’s mission and vision.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry stakeholders and community leaders.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to enhance the organization’s public image.
- Proactively identify potential threats and design strategies to mitigate risks.
- Take decisive action to address issues, protect the company’s reputation, and ensure transparency in all situations.
- Represent the company in press conferences, public events, and interviews when necessary.
- Act as a guardian of the company’s ethics, values, and vision by addressing unethical behaviors or practices.
- Create and explore innovative approaches to overcome PR challenges.
- Oversee the creation of content for digital and print media, including social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and videos.
- Ensure consistent application of branding guidelines across all communication materials.
- Act as a liaison with industry associations, government bodies, and community organizations to build positive relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
- Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors’ communication strategies.
