- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 40 years
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, F-Commerce, or Digital Sales.
- Hands-on experience in managing e-commerce websites (WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms).
- Strong experience in Facebook page moderation and customer order management.
- Practical knowledge of Facebook Boosting, Meta Ads Manager, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage and operate the company’s e-commerce website on a daily basis.
- Handle Facebook Shop, Facebook Page, Messenger, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process and confirm customer orders while coordinating with the operations team for timely delivery.
- Moderate social media pages, groups, comments, and customer reviews.
- Create and publish product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Run promotional campaigns, product boosting, and Facebook advertising to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor website performance and ensure products, prices, and inventory are updated regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer reports.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support.
