Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager with a strong background in branding and marketing within the girls’ lifestyle and kids’ stationery sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, enhancing our brand presence, and developing marketing strategies that engage our target audience. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can drive e-commerce initiatives while maintaining the integrity of our brand.
E-commerce Operations Management:

Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Manage product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional activities including promotional contents planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer service to streamline processes and resolve issues.

Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to boost sales.

Work closely with graphic designer to design the regular promotional contents and communicate through different platforms.
Brand Development and Management:

Develop and execute strategies to strengthen our brand identity in the girls’ lifestyle and kids’ stationery markets.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels, including the website, social media, and digital advertising.

Monitor brand performance and customer perceptions, making adjustments as needed to enhance brand equity.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.

Utilize SEO/SEM, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and social media to reach and engage target audiences.

Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Analyze market trends and customer insights to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

Generate regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Use data-driven insights to optimize e-commerce strategies and marketing campaigns.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
