Requirements

Education

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in Adobe Photoshop, data entry, e-commerce marketing, or computer operation.
• Experience in BPO, data entry firms, e-commerce, or overseas companies is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operation and Product Listing Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to product listings, pricing, vendor management, and digital marketing campaigns in the e-commerce marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze product data to optimize listings and online presence.
• Handle product pricing and ensure accurate data entries.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers.
• Research new opportunities in online markets for product growth.
• Manage daily operations through Excel spreadsheets and related tools.
• Plan and execute creative digital marketing campaigns.
• Use Photoshop to design or modify product images.
• Ensure fast typing speed for data entry tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internet e-commerce marketplaces.
• Stay dedicated to tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Understand and utilize basic programming languages (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, etc.).
