Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: This includes managing stock levels, tracking inventory movements, forecasting demand, and optimizing inventory turnover to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Order Processing: This involves receiving and processing customer orders, verifying payment, picking, packing, and shipping items, as well as managing returns and exchanges.
- Customer Service: Providing support to customers through various channels such as email, live chat, or phone. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns or refunds.
- Payment Processing: Managing payment gateways, processing transactions securely, and preventing fraudulent activities.Logistics and Shipping: Coordinating with shipping carriers, negotiating shipping rates, optimizing shipping processes, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve business operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of the industry for internship.Motivated and eager to learn.Ability to commit to the internship duration as specified strong organizational and time-management skills.
