As we expand our e-commerce operations to the UAE and other Asian markets, we are seeking a talented E-commerce Operations Analyst to join our team.

Role Overview:

The E-commerce Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our online store. You will be responsible for analyzing data, optimizing processes, and supporting the growth of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyze e-commerce data, including sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior.

• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.

Process Optimization:

• Streamline e-commerce operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify new growth opportunities.

• Analyze competitor activities and identify best practices.

E-commerce Platform Management:

• Assist in the management of our e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento).

• Ensure platform updates and optimizations are implemented effectively.

Project Management:

• Coordinate and manage e-commerce projects, from planning to execution.

• Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
