Responsibilities & Context
Temu, Amazon (Shein, TK shop) operation work content:
1. Select products, put the product on the shelves, and optimize. Store operations and maintenance. Operation experience on temu, shein full care or half care store (also Amazon/Ebay/Lazada/Shopee or other E-commerce Platforms). Prioritize hiring people who are expert with image and video editing
2. Monitor competitors and opponents; Regularly collect and analyse market data;
3. Identify the customer population and refine the product selling point. Develop a marketing strategy.Priority is given to recruiting people who have the ability to select products in the cross-border e-commerce industry
4. Statistical sales data, inventory data, and specify a reasonable replenishment plan.
5. Accounting for product profits, making a reasonable price, and increasing sales
6. Connect with the platform investment manager to keep abreast of the platform’s latest investment needs.
7. Assisting in the formulation of performance objectives and operational plans
Requirements for the Platform Operations:
1. Bachelor’s and higher qualifications, English Fluency. At least 1 year or more experience in glob e-commerce platforms (excellent new graduates with internship experience may also be offered).
2. Be familiar with delivery fulfillment options. Take photos and PS first.
3. Have done cross-border product development as a priority;
4. Has the ability to analyze data and has strong learning ability; Logical thinking and strong understanding; The work was planned and well executed.
Work Hour:Sunday weekly holiday7.30am to 12.30pm, 1.30pm to 5.30pm
