• Basic SEO knowledge and keyword optimization.

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, data entry, and analysis.

• Photoshop experience is a plus.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

E-commerce Product Listing Assistant for Walmart, eBay, Shopify & Amazon

• Create, edit, and upload product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify).
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories for search ranking and conversions.
• Upload high-quality product images, ensuring correct format and specifications for each platform.
• Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify relevant keywords and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure listing content aligns with brand voice and promotional strategies.
• Monitor and update existing listings for accuracy and performance, including prices, inventory levels, and product variations.
• Assist with creating promotional content and running A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated on platform policies and trends to ensure compliance with guidelines and optimize listing performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to product listings when necessary.
