Responsibilities & Context
E-commerce Product Listing Assistant for Walmart, eBay, Shopify & Amazon
- Create, edit, and upload product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify).
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories for search ranking and conversions.
- Upload high-quality product images, ensuring correct format and specifications for each platform.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify relevant keywords and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure listing content aligns with brand voice and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and update existing listings for accuracy and performance, including prices, inventory levels, and product variations.
- Assist with creating promotional content and running A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on platform policies and trends to ensure compliance with guidelines and optimize listing performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to product listings when necessary.
