Responsibilities & Context

Accessories Park is a fast-growing e-commerce platform specializing in fashion and lifestyle accessories. We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to join us!

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the customer support team.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads to promote and sell our products.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer queries confidently.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer interaction details.
• Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Handle customer complaints or objections professionally and escalate if necessary.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing background preferred).
• Prior telesales or call center experience (E-commerce and Shopify experience is an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Necessary computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team leader.
