Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Website Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, development, and execution of our e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the technical team, sourcing team, marketing team, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Coordination:

• Develop and manage detailed product base plans, timelines, and milestones for e-commerce website projects.
• Coordinate tasks among cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders.

Communication & Reporting:

• Act as the main point of contact for project updates and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and team members.
• Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions to leadership.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure website functionality, performance, and user experience meet the highest standards.
• Coordinate testing phases, gather feedback, and oversee issue resolution.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery timelines or budgets.

Vendor Engagement:

• Work closely with vendors to gather experiences and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.
• Manage scope changes while keeping project goals on track.

E-Commerce Focus:

• Oversee product catalog updates, payment gateway integrations, and system optimization for the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure SEO, analytics, and marketing tools are integrated and functioning efficiently.
