Ensure customer satisfaction by optimizing service channels, managing escalations, and implementing improvements.
Negotiate with vendors, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate with logistics partners to streamline operations.
Lead and train the eCommerce team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Develop and manage budgets for marketing, website enhancements, and other eCommerce initiatives to maximize ROI.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy laws, and industry standards to protect customer information and maintain a safe online environment.
