Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Office Assistant to support our daily online operations. This role involves handling order fulfillment, managing inventory, ensuring office cleanliness, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Unpack, inspect, and restore returned products as needed.
• Maintain and organize the product storage room, conducting regular stock counts.
• Perform quality checks on new shipments received from vendors.
• Hand over packed orders to courier partners and coordinate dispatches.
• Oversee office cleaning staff and maintain a tidy, organized workspace.
• Prepare tea/coffee for guests and assist in maintaining a welcoming office environment.
• Support office-related tasks, including commuting for company-related errands.
