Responsibilities & Context

Client Support & Consultation:

• • Offer tailored guidance on admissions and visa processes for Europe, Pan Pacific, and SEA.
  • Conduct consultations via phone, social media, and in-person meetings.

Collaboration & Partnership Building:

• • Communicate with universities, partner institutions, and agencies for collaborations.
  • Maintain and grow existing partnerships.

Social Media & Communication:

• • Manage inquiries on social platforms (for both SAA and EEC) promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop engaging content and outreach strategies.

Lead Generation & Cold Calling:

• • Identify potential students and clients, conducting targeted cold-calling efforts.
  • Follow up diligently to ensure client conversions and satisfaction.

Marketing Support:

• • Work alongside the marketing team on campaign planning and execution.
  • Provide insights to improve engagement and brand recognition.

Quota & KPI Management:

• • Achieve or surpass weekly/monthly targets (visa applications, admissions, partnerships).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and suggest areas for improvement.
